What is your returns policy? Not happy with your order? Not to worry, you can post the item back to us within 28days of purchase for a full refund. Just pop us an email titled ‘cancel order’ to info@dotknits.com, please include your name and order number and we will provide you with the return details. As the buyer you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and must make sure to use a tracked service when posting the item.


How long is the dispatch time for my order? Your order will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days and you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number for your order.


How can I track my order? You will be emailed a tracking number and link to the necessary website once your item has been dispatched.


Can I cancel my order? Of course! You are welcome to cancel your order at any time. If the item hasn’t been dispatched yet, then you will receive a full refund. If the item has already been dispatched, then you will be asked to return the item before receiving a refund. You can cancel your order by emailing info@dotknits.com and using the title ‘Cancel Order’, please also provide in the email your full name and order number.


What payment methods do you accept? We accept most major credit or debit cards (except for AMEX) including - Visa, Visa Electro, Master Card and UK Maestro andwe also accept payments made using PayPal.


How do I use my discount code? Look for the box at the checkout titled ‘discount code’ copy and paste your code into the box and click apply. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to get in touch.


How do I care for my one-of-a-kind scarf? Most of our scarves are hand wash only, you will find any additional instructions in the product description but if you are unsure please feel free to get in touch.
